Operational Hours

Office hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm. Hampers and gifts are only dispatched from our premises within these time brackets.

Flowers - Only orders received on Saturdays before 9:00am will be processed and are applicable for same day Saturday delivery.

Hamper/gift orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery

GiftLady uses external courier companies for shipments with a flat-shipping rate of R95 per address for hampers/gifts/products.

Once your order is dispatched - you will receive an automated email with tracking details.

Please provide the correct contact details for the recipient to ensure the receiver is at the given address.

Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Although we will try our best, same day deliveries, specific dates and requested delivery times are not guaranteed.

If a delivery fails due to recipient being unavailable, re-attempting delivery will only take place the following working day.

Under no circumstances will deliveries be left unattended at the recipient’s address. Successful delivery will only occur in person.

Standard Service (2 – 3 Working Days R95): Applicable for main city centres, central PE/GQ, George, Cape Town, Pretoria, East London, Bloemfontein, Johannesburg.

Express Delivery (R150 per Address): Only applicable for orders received during working hours from Monday to Friday with city centre delivery addresses. These include Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, Cape Town, Pretoria, George, Johannesburg, East London, Bloemfontein.

Regional Areas 3 – 4 working days: Applicable but not limited to all Durban/KZN Regions, Modimolle, Nelspruit, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Meyerton, Sasolburg, Soweto, Graaff-Reinet, Hankey, Jansenville, Hermanus, Caledon, Wellington, Betty's Bay, Eerste River, Mpumalanga, Farm Areas, Kimberley.

Please contact us if your destination is not listed to confirm estimated transit time.

Saturday Delivery (R250 per Address): Only applicable for hampers/products/gifts received before 15:00pm on a Friday, provided the delivery address is to the following central cities; Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, Cape Town, Pretoria, George, Johannesburg, East London, Bloemfontein.

Saturday delivery and Express Delivery is NOT applicable for the following areas: Durban/KZN Regions, Township/SRT areas, Modimolle, Nelspruit, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Meyerton, Sasolburg, Soweto, Graaff-Reinet, Hankey, Jansenville, Hermanus, Caledon, Wellington, Betty's Bay, Eerste River, Kimberley, Mpumalanga, Farm Areas.

Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha: Same day delivery can be arranged for orders received before 13:00pm SA time, Monday to Friday. Orders can also be collected directly from our offices in Mount Pleasant.

Flowers

GiftLady forms part of an exclusively established florist network. Flower deliveries are completed by our dedicated florists within the recipient's area of delivery to ensure freshness and quality.

Delivery fee IS included in flowers pricing, occurring Monday – Saturday.

Same-day delivery nationwide can be arranged if received before 11:00am and before 9:00am on Saturday.

Hampers/gifts/products added with flowers are couriered directly to the designated florist to be delivered together; however, this is time dependent.

Hampers/gifts/products added with flowers received on a Saturday will be dispatched from our offices the following working day, while the flowers can be arranged separately. Our customer-care agents will be in contact regarding preferred procedure.
