If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return the gift to us within 7 days and we will provide a full refund.

Making a purchase

WWith Gift Lady, you can order any gift online in complete confidence. The Shopping Basket allows you to check and modify your order before you arrange payment and delivery. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the ' Checkout ' link located at the top on every page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your basket you can click on ‘Checkout’ at which point, you can finalise your order. Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption (secure link); therefore your details will be kept completely safe.

Delivery

We will deliver your gift anywhere throughout South Africa. All gifts are sent via courier services and are packaged securely, however if any of the items are damaged we will replace them immediately.
Flowers: Delivery is included in the price. Same day delivery applies to orders received before 11am (SA time) unless otherwise specified by you.
All other products: Delivery is not included in the price. You have the following delivery options: By courier to their home/business at a cost of R1.000 per delivery address.
Please allow 2-3 working days unless otherwise specified by you.
Please note: We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date and time in terms of flagging our parcels, instructing the couriers, putting special instructions and following up on all tracking.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery at a specific time on a certain date, as we rely on 3rd party couriers and even though we always do our best – errors can creep in from time to time.

Gift Wrapping

All of our gifts and hampers are presented in a luxury gift bag or gift box. Our gift-wrapping service includes a generous amount of ribbon and/or decoration, adorned with a card, including your personal message.

Availability

We do our best to have all our gifts available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible. The Gift Lady therefore reserves the right to substitute an item for another of similar value.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct on the website. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear. The Gift Lady reserves the right to alter the prices without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

The Gift Lady treats all information passed to us with the utmost care and respect and recognises the importance of protecting your privacy. The data entered on your Order form may be stored and used for individual customer care, to process orders, and from time to time we may contact you with information that may be of use to you regarding products, promotions and special offers. Please contact us should you not wish to receive such mailings by emailing us at giftlady@giftlady.co.za.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund within 7 working days. Should you wish to do this, please return your entire purchase to us within 7 working days of delivery, in its original condition.
